Alpha power systems are ubiquitous throughout networks worldwide. Apparently, nobody using Alpha systems is using LibreNMS for monitoring.
I have written a patch for LibreNMS and submitted it to the project. The patch adds monitoring of temperature, current, and voltage to commercial power and battery input/outputs. These are only my immediate needs, there are many more data points I can and should add in the future. For now, this gets me up and running.
